This scenic trip starts in Skamokawa and travels East to Cathlamet and Puget Island. From there it crosses the Columbia River on the last remaining ferry on the Lower Columbia River. (It leaves on the hour and costs $6 per car) From there travel to Astoria with several stops outlined on the trip.

The return trip crosses the Megler bridge and returns via Naselle and includes a stop at the historic Greys River Covered bridge before returning to Skamokawa.

Plan for 2 hours in the car total, plus time to enjoy the sights along the way.
